Learn More About Low Interest Personal Loan
Getting a no interest personal loan is not difficult to get if you have a stable job, good credit rating, or prosperous business. In some cases, low interest loans are collateral-free and come with a lower rate compared to standard loans. Most crediting institutions will not loan large amounts of money because of the low interest rate.
Check your credit score before you apply for a low interest personal loan. The chances of being approved are not high if your credit score is poor. This type of loan is in high demand and lenders are not extending financing to everyone. The first place to shop for a loan is a bank or another financial institution where you have a checking or savings account. Your chances to obtain a low interest loan are higher if you have been a client of some bank or credit union for years. If you have worked on the same place for a long period, your chances are also higher.
It should be noted that every financial institution has its own requirements and guidelines to determine who qualifies for a low interest loan. Some financial institutions do not grant low interest, collateral-free loans even to clients with excellent credit rating. If your bank or credit union offers such loans but your credit score is poor, you may first apply for a prepaid card or another loan as to rebuild your credit history.
If you are looking for a low interest personal loan in Canada, you can check with the big banks, chartered banks, and credit unions. TD Canada Trust, for example, offers variable and fixed interest rate personal loans, and the collateral offered determines the interest rate. The personal loans offered by the Bank of Montreal start at $5,000. They come with a variable or fixed interest rate depending on factors such as borrowing history, employment, investments and savings, vehicles, properties owned, etc. Personal loans are also offered by CIBC to clients who want to buy furniture, make an investment, go on a vacation, etc. The client can choose between variable and fixed interest rate. Clients also choose how long to repay the loan (the loan's term) and the frequency of payments. The minimum amount to be borrowed is $3,000. Clients who choose to secure the loan may be offered a lower interest rate and access to more money. Making more frequent payments also helps reduce the interest rate.
With that in mind, even if you do not qualify for a low interest personal loan, there are ways to lower the interest charges.

Yes, the W4 remains a mystery to me as well. In other tax-related news, I used TaxAct to do my taxes last year, and it was very easy and I did them with no help — a first for me. Cheap, too. At least maybe that part of taxes can be understood.
I took a personal finance class senior year that was probably one of the best of my college career — they do actually learn some things in those HACE classes.

Alright, let me try and answer your questions.
First, regarding tuition fees: if you're going to argue that there are too many students studying at university, that raises the question of whether or not you consider the right to a university education to be the right of all. I am no hardline left-winger, but it has to be said that the right to a university education is the logical extension of the right to education as laid out in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In that sense, there can never be such a thing as too many students. Perhaps this is too idealistic, but as someone doing a degree (History and Politics) that doesn't contribute as much to the world as, say, an Engineering degree would, I can hardly take the opposite view. More education, not less, can hardly be a bad thing.
But as for tuition fees, I am afraid many students from outside the EU or EEA are unable to get fair student loans. For example, I do not qualify for American loans because I go to a foreign university, likewise I do not qualify for Canadian loans for the same reason. Nor do I qualify for British loans as I am not British. I do not object to the payment of tuition fees by international students. I acknowledge it as a way to finance lower tuition fees for EU students and free tuition for Scottish students. I object to international students being gutted and swindled for their money so that they can be used as pack animals by the university. There are many students like me who are not rich, who do not qualify for loans, and yet wish to study abroad. And the university (like others around the UK) tries to exploit this by raising tuition fees (above inflation rates) year after year. This is unfair and thats why I'm campaigning to stop it. Without throwing fire extinguishers off of buildings.
The hatred of Jews that you comment on is a tough one. Certainly Britain is far more pro-Palestinian than North America, both due to a less influential Israel lobby, a high Muslim population proportionally, and generally more liberal politically. While I totally agree that much of the hatred of Israel is anti-Semitic (Britain has had a decades-long influx of Islamic extremists and militants that has gone unchecked), many of the points raised in their hate-spewing are sadly accurate. I do not condone their desire to wipe Israel off of the face of the planet, nor to kill any Jews they may find, nor to silence their representatives with chants and demonstrations any time they try and exercise their free speech at this university. And yet much of their criticism of the Israeli state is justified. All I can say on this issue is that free speech – regardless of viewpoint – and that I will work to end demonstrations and actions that try and restrict it or prevent it. I know thats not exactly what you want to hear, but it is probably the best that anyone occupying a sabbatical position could hope to achieve.
I hope that answered your questions to some degree and that you'll consider me for your vote.
Cheers,
Ian
