Very good article in the Windsor Area Observer today. If that is the case, something needs to be done ASAP. I have also heard that those who came back to help out, have quit. I have also heard that Mr. DePalmer has quit because he is unhappy with the situation. And, he has submitted a bill for his expenses to relocate to Windsor to the tune of $17,000.
