Vital Things About Investing Into Gold That Should Be Kept In Mind

33

Nobody wants to sell gold right now.
Hi, don’t you mind my speaking about the best metal in the world? Certainly I’m going to speak about gold. Although there are other valuable precious metals such as silver any way I prefer gold and I often discuss this matter with my friends. I consider gold to be my nearest shelter for the whole period of this terrible downtime. So let me tell you some news concerning gold.

Yesterday I simply stuck to my TV set. It was shocking news seen there on its screen. The matter is that on Monday the gold market continued to climb up. Certainly it was clearly seen especially when compared with the backdrop of the weaker US dollar. There’s no doubt that quotes on gold futures are likely to rise up to $ 1130 per ounce.

There’s no doubt that average investors are used to buying gold as a promising and evident alternative to the weakening dollar. I’d like to stress some details there. The main thing is that constant intentions to continue supporting economic recovery through monetary incentives have reduced the real value of the US dollar entirely. To my great regret almost nobody is going to consider this world basic currency to be a protective asset. The major interest of investors has shifted to more risky assets. To cut a long story short they are oil and different shares. The US dollar is being sold in most cases.

Unfortunately the US dollar has very quickly shifted from the category of relatively strong assets to the category of much weaker ones. As follows from this that the current trend in the gold market an incredibly powerful. Certainly we also should take into consideration such an evident fact as a certain decline in gold production. I don’t doubt that gold is going to reach up to $ 1300 per ounce in the nearer future.

I hope that my review has targeted your attention to such a promising asset as gold. Are going to be passive up to $ 1300 per ounce? Are you crazy? If there’s something in your head you should start investing into gold without any hesitation and delay. Nobody trusts the US dollar any more. So gold is going to be your primary protective asset.

By the way search for golden things in your house. May be you have some golden things. They can also be used as your protective asset in the nearer future. As for gold stocks I don’t advise you to use them. As for me real golden things are more preferable now. If you have some money hidden in your house you’d better convert them into golden things until $ 1300 per ounce. It will be a wise action of yours.

Right now during recession lots of people resort to selling their gold to get some cash. Nothing new in the cash for gold model. But you can be losing serious money when getting cash for gold if you work with the "middle men" on this market.

So, if you are really interested to get fair cash for gold, then visit this site for more details.

But things are ready to change as debased currencies, dwindling Gold Supplies, unwinding of Gold Futures by Gold miners, low to negative interest rates, rising inflation and falling Stocks and Bonds force investors to shift as much as a fourth of their savings into Gold. Buy Gold. As a panic stricken Ben demonstrated last night, the Central Bank has no answer to the problems they have created over the last 5 years but to debase their paper currencies even more. The yellow metal is the safest store of value we can all own. The growing evidence of slowing growth is also why it is wrong to be increasing equity weightings and reducing bond allocations as a result of applying Fed model methodology. The current environment of falling bond yields and rising credit spreads is negative for equities as it is deflationary market action. F1 and India:Well, to be frank JPSK Sports, the Jaypee Group promoted firm, shouldn't have sought concessions from the government. The question is not whether F1 is sports or not. The question is whether India can afford to host such an event with such archaic laws governing the country.Do we have such a big airport to house huge cargo planes that these teams travel with? Every team has two minimum cargo planes that carry their cars (4 maximum) and the entire paraphernalia – tyres, paddocks, computers, the consoles, spares et all. They will be parked at airport for at least a week from the start of the Sunday race. There are 10 teams now, there will be 13 in 2010. If and when India gets the F1, do we have hangers to hold around 26 cargo planes for a week? We don’t have such huge parking facilities. Then there is an issue of customs. We don't allow anything in without the duties. Viswanathan Anand was asked to pay duty on a laptop that he got as a prize way back in early 90s. The teams will resent this because they don’t pay any in other countries where F1 is hosted. Apart from that hosting an F1 is anyway a loss making venture for the organiser as they have to pay huge fee to Bernie Ecclestone and the FIA. Unless government backs it there is no point in having F1.And since the Indian government isn't interested it seems there is no way out.Actually, what F1 does is attracts tourists in hoards and the money comes from the participating teams, not in cash but in kind. It is for the government to realise and cash in on. The hotel industry is one that gets benefitted. Everyone pays for their stay and food. Its not the organisers who picks up the bill so that is another way to earn money. Despite government backing, Australian GP in Melbourne and several others have not made profits and continue to log losses. Can JKSP afford it. If not, without the government support, then it is better to back off. The spin-offs of having a F1 track in place are huge, but we will need to think big and harness it otherwise it will be a dud investment to be used once a year for that one week. And, finally, the whole episode of F1 began in India because, now as we understand Mr Suresh Kalmadi wanted his son to get a head start in sports administration. He was appointed on the JKSP. First, there was a talk of having F1 in New Delhi, but Delhi airport was too small for such venture and no land was around it to expand. Then it was thought to be moved to Gurgaon, but again airport was to be Delhi. Then some clever chap in Mayawati's government pushed for Greater Noida and the project got its third kick. Jaypee Group, which has come into housing sector very recently but have been in construction business for long building most of the major dams in the north including Tehri, have huge land ownings in Greater Nodia. The proposal was they will use part of their land, around 300 acres, for the F1 track, and Agra, which is just 1 hour from there through Taj Expressway that runs along the proposed F1 track site, would gets its long-awaited brand new International Airport. There was one study which claimed that 80 percent of foreign tourists who land in Delhi are actually headed for Agra for the Taj Mahal. It would be beneficial for the UP government to have them land directly on their land rather than in Delhi and lose out on whatever income. Its too intricate it is. We will never know whether the Indian government rejected the proposal to rebuff Mayawati or not. Its a long shot. But, worth investigating. One thing is sure, powers in Delhi do not want International Airport in Agra for both, security and financial reasons. Indian Air Force's key squadrons are based in Agra and IAF would definitely not like it to happen. Look at Pune. Unless we go to Chakan and have the airport, IAF will keep on grudging over Lohegaon.Kirti Patil

It is difficult to imagine the Dodgers future without Kemp and Broxton. We have been waiting for their time to come for a few years now, and the time is now. I understand that it would take a package of outstanding players to acquire Bedard so I can accept that asking price. So with that being said, I would love to see Kemp and Broxton killing the Yankees and Red Sox on a regular basis. But that would mean that Ned committed to letting JP kill the Dodgers on a regular basis. Sp the bad outweighs the good.

Rowan Williams deserves to be stripped of his priesthood and thrown away from Christian brotherhood altogether, branded as a Traitor Of Christianity And The World Culture. It is very likely that he already sevretly converted to Islam.
Episcopals everywhere are better to convert to other Christian denominations and put an end such shameful fake church, that even in England is highly unpopular.

Last week at a coffee shop here in town I sat down with a person I greatly respect. Because of his position, I can't say who he is. But the conversation we had was quite interesting.

He says Bill Clinton began the path toward this economic crisis (this was before Clinton publicly hinted at responsibility). How did Bill do this? By passing legislation leaning on the banks to finance people who should never have received credit otherwise, the "underprivileged", etc.

"So," I asked, "What you're saying is that the trillion dollar surplus he left us with was actually inflated value? It wasn't real money?"

"Exactly," he replied. "Housing prices were driven up because of the law of supply and demand. Artificial equity allowed existing homeowners to borrow money they shouldn't have been able to borrow. The surplus was comprised of fake money, yes."

"Interesting. Where can I read more about this?" He promised to send a link via email, which he did, and then in a follow up conversation just last night, I asked via email, "If this current crisis was caused by Clinton, as we discussed, Republicans had a whole lot of years to fix it. But they didn't. Why is that?"

His response came quickly, "First, you need to be aware, that no matter which party has a majority, it requires 60% to pass a bill through the Senate. Even when Republicans were in the majority [in the House], they still didn't control the Senate.

"Second, even Bill Clinton admits that it was Democrats who blocked reform of Fannie and Freddie." To confirm this, he sent me to this video on Youtube:

"Third, check out this video of House hearings years ago; every Democrat is saying, 'Problems? Fannie ain't got no problems.' Every Republican is saying, 'This is terrible, and we have to fix it, or we're headed for disaster.' This was 4 years ago." The link he sent to me was this one:

"Fourth," he continued, "John McCain sponsored legislation in 2005 and fought for it in 2006 that would have placed regulation in place. Here's the detail from the non-partisan Gov Track site," he replied, sending this link.

"I will admit that there are probably some liberal Republicans whose hands are dirty with this. But the great bulk is on the other side, and even Bill Clinton admits it," he continued. "McCain has fought this for years, along with other Repubs. The Dems have blocked reform time and time again. Barney Frank is the chief sinner… and a massive hypocrite on this stuff."

It was quite a conversation, and has given me much to investigate…

Before World War I, the world economy operated on a gold standard, meaning that each nation's currency was convertible into gold at a specified rate. This system resulted in fixed exchange rates — that is, each nation's currency could be exchanged for each other nation's currency at specified, unchanging rates. Fixed exchange rates encouraged world trade by eliminating uncertainties associated with fluctuating rates, but the system had at least two disadvantages.

First, under the gold standard, countries could not control their own money supplies; rather, each country's money supply was determined by the flow of gold used to settle its accounts with other countries. Second, monetary policy in all countries was strongly influenced by the pace of gold production. In the 1870s and 1880s, when gold production was low, the money supply throughout the world expanded too slowly to keep pace with economic growth; the result was deflation, or falling prices. Later, gold discoveries in Alaska and South Africa in the 1890s caused money supplies to increase rapidly; this set off inflation, or rising prices.

We have to remember, its a F2P medium and NOTHING about these types of games are perfect. Allods is still going through major updates and fixes, so I'm sure the devs will fix this problem. Its a solid game, of course minus the lag,…..infact, that seems to be my only gripe with the game, the lag.

Easiest way to explain love for Constitution to liberal friends: –

September 25, 2011

We are not sure where exactly you are coming from. You statement is far from factual. If your intention is rubbishing a great Statesman, who is globally admired, then you are doing a rather poor attempt.

Never the less, before PM 'Flip-Flop' Abdullah took over the helm of the administration, this nation was doing very well indeed. As the 17th most important trading nation, Bank Negara reserve and EPF asset were very strong, the local banks been consolidated into 10 groups with strong assets and deposits, NPLs from the 97-98 financial crisis was almost settled. Employment rate was high. Income tax and customs and excise collection was good. More businesses are registered. FDI was strong. Office and hotel space occupancy was all time high (minus during the short SARs scare in early 2003). IN Oct 2003, the Bursa Malaysia CI was good.

More importantly, there were lesser persons being made bankrupt as compared to now.

When PM 'Flip-Flop' Abdullah's predecessor left, Government had so much money that they decided to embark on foolish and expensive sports program which brought very little benefit to Malaysia: The Moonsoon Cup. They also bought a brand new A319CJ VIP jet which cost RM 200 million. Not to mention the RM 20 million security renovation at Seri Perdana.

To prove further point, Government spend RM 600k to buy BMWs for VVIP use, like the one Cherie Blair was provided when she represented in the case of Metramac two years ago. Her presence as a QC (which she is earning a professional fee for her work) shouldn't be accorded with diplomatic status, let alone consort of a Head of Government protocol.

Would anyone here conveniently forget the private soiree, held at Seri Perdana where Al Jarreau and George Benson performed to PM 'Flip-Flop' Abdullah's private 'guest list', in commemoration of the 50th Merdeka? Of course, the Government foot the bill.

Opulence is something the current administration is really good at.

The custodian to all these nonproductive commitments PM 'Flip-Flop' Abdullah & Co does, will naturally be passed to upcoming PM Dato' Seri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak.]]>

I myself have a story to contribute about the unprincipled behaviour of SEP. Obviously there are many more people with similar experience, so that it is about time to become organized! Therefore, I have an initiative and hope for your response. I suggest we discuss several different topics on different discussion groups of a new forum devoted to the WSWS and ICFI. I am new to this so if anyone can take the lead and create the forums. I'd also be glad to receive mails from you with any suggestions how could we make a permanent paralel site to provide a medium for democratic debate and control of the ICFI.But first, I want to make clear my motivation. Like many here I consider the WSWS to be an excellent, by far the best and most promising asset. My concern is that it is, nevertheless, not achieveing the purpose fast and efficient enough. I don't have programatic differences with WSWS. I might say that I am, for all intents and purposes, in 100% agreement and am willing to contribute a lot in many ways, selflessly and with no favor of any kind to expect in return. Why then people like me cannot find their way to the SEP? That is the key concern that deserves to be examined. This is an abuse and privatization, in my opinion. It is a kind of sabotagge of a movement on whom many depend for survival. Another matter is that it is unjust. To deprive a sincere comrade from the movement is a very cruel and serious brichment in my eyes. This is my motivation and I hope of many more.Allow me one friendly note of caution. I honestly sympathize with comrades that have had bad experience in SEP. Whatever their mistakes might be, and we all (except 'model' members of ICFI) make mistakes, they should be watched as mistakes of ordinary members and are of much lesser degree than mistakes of leadership. When individual is provoked by a monopolistic behaviour of a powerfull organization, he naturally might at a time being say even what he does not mean, and in general behave in a way that he would not, had he not been provoked first by the powers may be. So, my advice is to try to calm down and channel this in the most rational and principled fashion, let the other side show who they are. First forum I suggest to be the discussion of the program and articles on the WSWS. From what I see there is no true disagreement. We were all attracted to WSWS by its high quality. I hope no one should in anger (which is humane) artificially produce disagreements, which only plays into the hands of provokators. On the other hands, we could make transparent what each of us stands for, so that anyone can judge what kind of people are confronted with the Chinese Wall in SEP.Second and directly linked to the revelation of the true identity of Mr. David North/Green. I propose a workers inquiry on Internet forum to document for the history and current and future readers of WSWS the abuses and malpractises of the ICFI and WSWS thus far (in hope that these practices will be reversed). I suggest someone like Brian and others who entirely share the program and admire the work of WSWS to chair the inquiry. Also welcomed are members of SEP who defend North on this forume. Let them be confronted with some exact cases and evidence and let them express their judgement. Is it for example correct to open Internet forum in election campaigne, state on the website that the forum will be the major tool of the campaign, post by moderator questions and comments, inform contributor that shortly there will be a reply, and then suddenly, after several weeks and weeks before the election, shut-down the forum and delete the sentence from the website in which it is stated that the forum will be a major tool of the campaign. Is this Trotskyst way dear comrades memebers of SEP? I have in mind the case of German section of ICFI few years ago. I will report to the comission of inquiry my entire experience, and there is a lot of it. We own to present and future readers of WSWS to make a detailed record.Let us catalogue precissely the evidence and all the details of the revelations about North. Enumertaivelly, and then discuss the significance. I think the significance is that material independence allows stuff of WSWS to behave like aristocracy. I have first hand experience that this influences their work. They would behave differntly if they would like we be subject to job interviews. This to beggin with. If there is feedback I hope we continue this forum. That article is here have some comments of my own: Why so public? everyone seems to ask. And why not something that kills him quickly, as well as quietly? Here are some possible reasons: 1) The FSB chooses to show it doesn't care about possible fallout from this public attempt to nail an opponent abroad as a deliberate projection its new confidence. With one of their old colleagues as President, bankrolling their expansion, they feel their day has come once again. One take on this story: "We are back in business, boys." This is the swagger of a revitalised KGB. 2) To make anyone still in Russia (especially in the FSB) think again if they are thinking of one day becoming a whistleblower themselves. They now know that they can't even escape abroad afterwards. In the 1960s KGB recruits were shown a film of one renegade GRU man (most people say it was Penkovsky but other names sometimes crop up) being torched to death for spying for the West. It was a very effective deterrent then. This will be now. Another take on the story: This keeps a lid on as yet undiscovered FSB secrets and ensures that there won't be another Litvinenko for a long time. 3) To scare the **** out of any Russians who have fled abroad. Publicity has always been thought of as a protective asset for the dissident. "They couldn't go after Anna Politkovskaya, surely, isn't she too well known?". Not any more. The attack on Litvinenko will shut up dissenting voices abroad and provides a satisfying for way for an organisation of sadists to inject yet more terror into the lives of those people they can't or don't want to physically harm (yet?) – and their families, of course, because a wife who is terrified of seeing her husband die such a horrible, long drawn-out death will do whatever she can to stop him meddling in politics. This take says: Its an efficient way to silence a lot of nuisances abroad all at once. If you can't stop them going, shut them up when they are there. ***This poisoning may not have been ordered from the top of the FSB, or the Kremlin, but to those who cite the torrent of negative publicity (which the perpetrators surely should have anticipated) as a reason why it couldn't be from the Kremlin or the Lubyanka, I have a couple of other observations: 1) Bad publicity didn't put Syria off in the Lebanon when they assasinated Hariri last year. Why should Russia be different? Many believe the Syrians are also responsible for a number of major political assasinations since then but the Hariri one at least is now pretty conclusively believed to be Syrian-sponsored. Put simply, Russians ask themselves "Is the security of our nation more important than what people abroad think of us?" If the answer is "Yes" and if Litvienko is seen to be threatening the internal security of the nation (as interpreted by the FSB), then Litvinenko's coffee is poisoned. It is as simple as that. 2) This Russian government has shown in the past it couldn't give a toss for what foreigners think about it. Look at the handling of the gas crisis last winter. Has Putin's chum Alexei Miller lost his job as head of Gazprom after one of Russia's worst PR own-goals of the decade? No way. Many ordinary Russians are convinced the West wants to destroy them and their nation anyway (just read Pravda, Gazprom's newest acquisition), so at a public level they don't care. And not a few will feel proud that the KGB can still "get their man" – not least amongst them, no doubt, that wonderful specimen of Russian manhood Mr 17 Ugly Racoons who graces this blog from time to time with his witty and cultured comments. 3) We credit governments too generously with the foresight to anticipate the negative implications of some action they are about to take. We make a mistake to believe someone wouldn't do something just because, after the event, it looks like it was handled in a crassly inept way… as might be said of Iraq.Winston]]>

I hope you are having a great trip and travel safe. Interesting stuff. What those developers fail to realize is its getting almost impossible to lend money right now.Its getting more and more expensive by the day! I think your caution is very warrented. We are getting very close to a market event. Gold futures dropped below $790. Metals are in an absolute free fall. My guess is this is margin calls and someone is in trouble and needs cash.AAA paper is trading at .50 on the dollar which means the credit markets are a mess. We are on the vergo of a market event. AAA paper at .50 on the dollar will not be ignored for long.I see an event soon. I will have some more on this tomorrow. Op Ex tomorrow morning so we could see more green tomorrow. Next week? Look out below IMO.]]>
