You Can Get A Bad Credit Loan
Once your credit starts to slide, you will feel it! It may not seem like such a big deal at first because you can still pay the rent or mortgage and groceries. As the debts mount, credit card payments and loans will become harder to manage. Being in a situation like this some time ago, I know exactly how this feels. I wanted to take out a loan to cover my old loans, but all I could get were adverse credit loans.
At first I believed these bad credit loans would help my situation and I suppose in the short term they did, but in the long term, it was quite the opposite. Adverse credit loans are designed to take advantage of people who can not find more favorable rates, and so if you find yourself in the position of having to take one, ask yourself what other choices you may have.
Unfortunately, you may have exhausted all other possibilities and are forced to take out an adverse credit loan. If you are faced with the possibility of loosing your home, for example, or if you quickly need a lot of money for some medical procedure or other, adverse credit loans can literally save your life ? or at least your livelihood. If one of these loans gets you back on your feet and helps with your future financial freedom then it may be worth it.
Just remember that these loans have risks. Always be aware that there is a payback to the solution they may be solving, one that requires paying at some stage in the future. The downside is these loans come with higher payments so if your outgoing debt payment were causing problems, they could get worse.
Before you go about getting bad credit loans, you should probably think about all of your other options pretty carefully. Is it at all possible for you to borrow some money from a relative, or a close friend? Have you thought about getting a second job?

Nevertheless, getting back to your points, I think instead of talking about egalitarianism and hiearchialism relative to the gender issue, I think just calling it "trinitarianism and gender" would be more scriptural. Since egalitarianism seems to reduce to a crude dualism, and hiearchialism to subordinationism. Trinitarianism, as you note in this regard, is able to recognize both equality in ontology, while maintaining distinction in role.

This is quite a theoretical article about financial freedom. What was interesting to me is that you mentioned that it is possible to have debt and still be financially free.
Technically I agree, but practically I think that debt is probably the number one thing that keeps most people slaving away in their office cubicles.
About a change of mind – certainly. The more I learn about financial freedom, the more money became to me a lifeless object that holds no real value and is nothing – not good or evil.
But my mindset has changed a lot. Probably the most interesting change is that I've started to value "freedom" more than "things", and this deep desire for freedom rather than status or material possessions is the biggest change of mind I've had.

Thanks Quentin! Yes, a DCR is another great formula/calculation to be aware of and know.
Unless I misunderstood what you noted, the Debt Coverage Ratio is calculated as:
Net Operating Income / Debt Payment
So, if your NOI = $50,000 per year and
Debt Payment = $40,000 per year
DCR = 1.25
Generally, as you noted, a DCR of 1.1 and above is a pretty good buy. Once you get into 1.25 and up, then you have some serious positive cashflow!
